Yes, folks, the woman whose definition of "family" has come to include a grand total of two actual blood relations has moved back in with her mother until she finds a job. Unfortunately, the mother in question (who is not one of the two) has sold the house that the woman in question grew up in. She's not allowed to do that, is she??? So until Sunday I'm in this house for the last time ever, then I'm going to move in with my sister (who is one of the two) until I find a job because I don't relish the idea of living in a two-bedroom duplex with my mom and other sister.

In the meantime, all this week some guy (who I guess is the new owner) has been hammering and power sawing away at the outside of the house. Apparently he started at about 7:45 this morning though I wasn't here yet because I'd spend the night at Tim and Gina's place. Good, thing, too, cuz I would not have been happy at all. Yes, I got up at 7 this morning, but if it weren't for Tim and Gina's alarm going off at 6:30 I wouldn't have. I probably would have attempted to sleep until about 11 and failed miserably.

So I guess I can't complain because I guess this is his house now (but he listens to country music for crying out loud! Loudly!!!!) but for chrissake, can't he wait until we've moved out??? This thump-thump-thump and sounds of power saw are driving me nuts and I don't like it a bit. I could play piano but he'd probably throw me off beat with his hammering.

Bleh, and it's too hot to go job hunting. I was sweating in the car this morning and it wasn't even 9am yet. Supposed to be 108 today. I'm not looking forward to that.

And as if all that wasn't enough, all my passwords have been deciding to intermittantly disfunction. I wait about five minutes and they work. I wait another five minutes and they don't. I can't figure it out.
