Hmm, maybe that's what I should have named my computer. ;)

I think I mentioned that I got an iMac. If I didn't, I'm mentioning it now. :) I got an iMac. It's a Grape DV and I've added extra RAM to it. I'm very hapy with it. :) I'm debating whether I want to copy my MP3s over from my other computer or if I want to try getting netatalk working on it so I can just mount the volume but I'm not sure yet. I've got a 10 gig drive on this thing and I don't know that I want to take up 3 of those just with MP3s. I'll probably just do what I've been doing, which is use that computer as a glorified stereo and keep listening to the MP3s from it. It's got the better speakers anyway.

I'm finally getting all my software running on this thing, so I'm writing my first journal entry from the new computer. So far, so good. :) Not as fast as the G4 but it's got more RAM and it's mine and that's the most important thing.

I've been sick for a couple of weeks... I had an inner ear infection and I finally went to the doctor just over a week ago and they prescribed me some antibiotics for it... unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to that which surfaced on sunday so I quit taking them. My ear isn't quite better yet, and now I'm covered in this pink splotches. They were red splotches before but they're getting better so hopefully by tomorrow I should look normal again. I called the doctor about it and they told me to take benadryl. That seems to be helping my splotches but I don't know that it's doing my ear any good.

Oh, well... we'll see how that goes.
