suite dreams

I've been sleeping better lately. this is definately good. I started taking 5-htp which is an amino acid which helps the flow of seratonin in the brain. There's a wide variety of uses for it; the one I'm taking it for is my insomnia. And it's working. I'm both getting to sleep quicker and I'm staying asleep better. I'm also remembering my dreams a bit better... another little added bonus.

Still not great at remembering them, mind you... but at least I've had a few vague rememberances when I was waking up.
