Safety
Nothing feels safe       anymore I need to be curled up Under covers To feel protected Though I realize that covers are little protection Against the Outside And that no harm will come Outside of the covers Yet I do not feel safe Unless I am withdrawn       inside myself Unless I can be covered Unless I can bury       my head Nothing feels safe       anymore
